Josper Charcoal Broiler Oven HJA-PLUS-L175-T

The ovens of the Class A range, now improved through the application of the new HJA- PLUS standard, maintain the design, quality and reliability of their predecessors alongside increased performance. An improved hydraulic door locking system streamlines operations for the chef. The redesigned, modernised upper and lower vents facilitate air circulation and are both easier to clean. An optimised upper tempering area allows customisation and closure with various accessories included inside.

The configuration of the HJA-PLUS allows the selection of optional side tables, as well as drawers and an upper tempering cabinet according to the user´s needs. Various colour options for the doors, drawers and tempering cabinet may be viewed in our catalogue.

Josper HJA-PLUS-L175 Charcoal Oven: the largest oven from Josper. Recommended for about 175 diners, it features an ignition time of about 40 minutes, daily coal consumption of 16-20 kg and 9 hours of independent operation per load. Production of approx. 110 kg per hour, and a braising temperature of 250 to 350 °C.
